Can anyone help me identify this / Flat Glass in China?
Hello, I have this candy dish is porcelain covered with opalescent glass. The dish is 4 feet with gilding on the subject. there is no mark. I'm pretty informed on porcelain and glass, and I never seen anything like it. Can anyone tell me what type of items that it? What is called the approximate and may be decade or 20's, 30's etc. people do that? It is a square porcelain dish, but the top has a glass overlay that is around like a scalloped rim opalescent glass / Vaseline. The porcelain is decorated in white and has a series of delicate pink flowers on every corner.
