i have been collecting vases for about ten years and i am wondering what ther people's vases across the world look like.

I have a Royal Doulton, Minton Studio vase that I purchased not so long ago, it cost a lot (at least by my standards), just under £700., however, it is a truly beautiful piece, it stands 38cm tall and is hand gilded in gold, with acid etched patterns and a stiking pure white interior.
It is very similar to the one in this image, except mine has a little acid etched design around the top and bottom.

I am not a collector of vases, as people don't give me flowers, but this is perfect on its own.
