Martha Stewart Sugar Cream Pie?

Does anyone have the recipe for this? I used to a while back from the magazine, but I have since moved and lost it. I would be really grateful for it, I've seen a lot of similar recipes, but none are the same, and I'm not feeling adventurous at the moment. So please help if you have the recipe for Martha Stewart's Sugar Cream Pie or if not a damn near identical one please post it!
It's from Martha Stewart Living July 2004 Issue 128 on page 134 if that helps at all? That's all I could find online is where it was located, I'm hoping someone has that magazine still.

Amish Sugar Cream Pie

Sweet and creamy, this rich Amish pie may have a slightly softer texture than the typical custard pies you are used to. It also has a bit of a unique flavor, which almost tastes like brown sugar.

6 servings 1 pie

1 9" unbaked pie shell
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash cinnamon

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine ingredients thoroughly using whisk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325°F, and bake for 45-55 minutes more, wrapping edges of pie crust with foil, if necessary, to prevent excessive browning (pie will appear slightly soft in center when done).
Cool and refrigerate completely before cutting (it will firm up a little more as it sits).
