Do I need some kind of permission to sell arts&craft on street (like hippies do) in south beach?
I have some really nice stuff to sell (pendants and earrings in murano glass and semi-precious stones), but I don't have enough money to open up a business, I would like to have a stand and sell to tourist on the street, I would like to know if it's permitted or I need some kind of license, do the police let you do that or they will remove me?
You would need a business license for that or find a flea market in the area and pay a fee for the booth in which case no business license is needed.
