Sleeping Conversations?
Often when I wake up from sleeping, usually a nap, my family members will tell me about conversations that we had. Sometimes I yell at them, tell them what I want for dinner, exc. The thing is, I have absolutely no memory of even talking to them when I wake up. Is this a sign of stress, sleep deprivation, or is this normal?
Its called a lucid dream. You can hear them in your dream so you respond to them but just like how we have trouble retaining our dream you don't remember the conversations afterward. It is the third stage of the REM cycle and you are one step away from being in your deepest sleep
