In sims 2 what is the cheat to overlay (or mesh) objects together?
I've seen this on some of the lots I've downloaded. Someone will put a large empty vase or pot and a ficus tree together to create a potted plant or putting a floor lamp in the middle of an outside table, so there will be light at night. The problem is if I want to move these things, I can move each item individually, but then can't put them back together again....
You need to open the cheat window and type in this cheat
MoveObjects on
This will enable you to place objects on top of each other. Another handy cheat is this one
Boolprop snapobjectstogrid false
which will enable you to place objects outside the game grids. (you cannot place doors or windows correctly using this cheat though)
