Anyone remember this old cartoon?
When I was a kid, I rented this VHS of this old cartoon a lot. I think it was a Trolls cartoon when they were trying to appeal to boys with shows like Stone Protectors. I don't specifically remember them specifically being "Trolls", but I do remember they had small, weird-looking bodies like them. The cartoon itself was a probably a Halloween special about a group of these adventurous, Troll-like characters trying to catch a stereotypical mad scientist in an old castle, but are chased by a Vampire, a Werewolf, and a Frankenstein Monster. I also remember that a major character was this weird, laughing, ragdoll-like imp creature named whose name was "Opal", so everyone thought there was treasure.
It sounds strange, I know. I'm just trying to remember the name. Anyone know?
i know this probably isn't right, but are you talking about the smurfs? the stereotypical mad scientist in an old castle almost sounds like gargamel (the main villain in the smurfs)
