What is the nativity version of the Twelve Days of Christmas?
I remember being in a Christmas musical in elementary school where one of the songs was a nativity based version of the song "The Twelve Days of Christmas". Instead of "five golden rings" it was "five tons of hay" and instead of "a partridge in a pear tree", it was a "a baby in a manger" or something like that...If anyone knows full lyrics to the song or the name of the musical....I would really appreciate it. 
I am not familiar with that version. But the Bible does mention 2 turtledoves in the same chapter that discusses the Christmas story. Luke 2:24
I wonder if those lyrics were just developed by the school/school's musical director. Maybe you can call your old school and see if any of the ppl involved in the musical/play are still there.
