I would like to swirl 2 colors together on my concrete floor. Any suggestions on how to do it.?
The color is a grey and I woud like to swirl in black. Not to much black but enough that it looks great and not so much dirt will show after it is finished. I can't make a mistake so I could use some advise on how to do it.
sounds like you want a marble look on your floor and marbleing can be quite a job. to get the right look you have to use a technique of veining with a feather by dipping it in paint and drag and roll it in various directions but there are ways to simply create a swirl. you could try brushing the black on in a swirled motion then take a damp sponge and soften the brush marks with a dabbing motion. vary the sizes of brushes to make it look natural. be sure to top coat.
